Position: Costing & Design QC Executive

Place of posting: Bengaluru

Reports To: Manager Costing & Design / Design Head

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a UGC-recognized university.

Work Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Ability to work collaboratively with Design, Procurement, Costing and Project teams.

Responsibilities: Costing & Estimation

- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from architectural, civil, interior and MEP drawings.
- Support the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates and project costing sheets.
- Assist in collecting and maintaining material, labour and vendor rates.
- Help review vendor quotations and identify discrepancies in quantities, specifications and rates.





BOQ & Quantity Verification
- Assist in verifying BOQ quantities against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify missing items, incorrect quantities, units and scope gaps.
- Support BOQ updates based on drawing revisions and project requirements.

Design QC & Drawing Verification
- Assist in reviewing drawings for errors in dimensions, levels, areas, materials and specifications.
- Support coordination checks between architectural, interior, structural and MEP drawings, wherever applicable.
- Help verify drawings against BOQs and project requirements.
- Maintain design QC checklists and drawing revision records.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Costing, Procurement, Project and Site teams for required information.
- Assist in resolving drawing, quantity and costing-related queries.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings and BOQs are used for costing and project execution.
