The Role : -

- TII is actively defining its next phase of growth identifying new categories, revenue streams and markets that build a more diversified, higher-value business. This role sits at the heart of that agenda. You will own TIIs Strategic Business Planning exercise and strategic foresights, drive the commercial growth of Kravio and Punyami on Amazon and Flipkart, serve as TGI Groups primary intelligence engine for India and lead a team of four direct reports spanning commodity intelligence, e-commerce, R&D;/NPD and commercial strategy.
- Beyond India, the role offers scope to contribute to TGI Groups Middle East growth agenda. This is a Delhi-based role with no relocation requirement.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities : - Growth Strategy & New Revenue Streams : -

- Own and drive TIIs Strategic Business Planning exercise and strategic foresights identifying new category opportunities, revenue streams and growth levers with clear milestones and leadership sign-off at each stage.
- Evaluate new category options branded plays, processing opportunities, white label partnerships and inorganic opportunities building rigorous business cases for capital allocation decisions.
- Own TIIs long-term strategic roadmap aligned with TGI Group objectives and delivered within defined timelines.

Marketplace Brand Growth & Commercial Performance : -

- Own the commercial growth strategy and performance accountability for Kravio and Punyami driving scale on Amazon and Flipkart, developing new product and category opportunities and evaluating distribution expansion beyond current channels.

Market Intelligence & Corporate Initiatives : -

- Own TGI Groups India intelligence function delivering market, macro and competitive intelligence on a defined cadence and synthesising signals into strategic perspectives that go beyond reporting.




- Lead TII corporate strategy projects and contribute India expertise to TGI Group strategic initiatives and Middle East business development as assigned.

Financial Intelligence & People : -

- Contribute to TIIs Annual Business Planning cycle developing strategic inputs and ensuring alignment with TGI Group objectives.
- Provide financial modelling and investment analysis for current category entries and growth opportunities stress-testing assumptions for leadership decision-making.
- Lead, develop and hold accountable four direct reports setting clear objectives, reviewing output quality and building individual capability over time.

Candidate Profile : -

- MBA with 8-10 years in corporate strategy, new business development or commercial strategy. Exposure to TIIs business interests agribusiness, food processing, consumer goods or marketplace brand building is important. The right candidate brings commercial instinct, financial rigour and the hunger to own outcomes not just advise on them.
- Demonstrated commercial ownership has built or grown a brand, category or business, not just advised on one.
- Familiarity with both agribusiness and FMCG contexts TIIs core is food and agribusiness; its ambition is brand building. The right candidate is comfortable in both worlds.
- Strong financial acumen can model a new category entry, stress-test assumptions and present the case to leadership with confidence.
- Effective communicator at senior levels board-quality presentations and strategic conversations with the President and CEO.
- Comfortable in a lean, high-accountability environment self-directed and energised by building rather than managing.

Qualifications : -

- MBA from a recognised institution mandatory.
- 8-10 years relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
