We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our agile team. This role offers a significant opportunity to manage complex corporate tax matters, contribute to strategic tax planning, and oversee compliance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting, identifying tax efficiencies, and providing expert tax advice to various stakeholders within the organization.

This position requires a strong understanding of corporate tax law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

- Manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

- Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740) process, including preparing tax journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures for financial reporting.

- Conduct in-depth tax research on complex tax issues, interpret tax laws, and provide well-reasoned recommendations to management.





- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.

- Manage and respond to tax audits and inquiries from various tax authorities, preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.

- Mentor, train, and develop junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business units, to provide tax advice on business initiatives and transactions.

- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company and recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

- Review and approve tax payments, ensuring timely and accurate remittance to tax authorities.

- Assist in the development and improvement of tax department processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
