Monitoring and implementation of CQA Policy, Ensuring compliance to cGMP, cGLP at units (including 3Ps), Monitoring and controlling quality of inputs and products at various stages of manufacturing, Evaluate the Master Formula, Evaluation of Validation Protocols, Lead for preparation and execution for USFDA, FSSAI, CDSCO, KFDA, ANVISA, MD-SAP &

- NSF-GMP audits, Implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, ISO45001and FSSC22000 standard, Active participation in Audit and Compliances like Customer/Certification &
- Internal audits, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, CSV, TV &
- Hold Time Validation, Preparation, Review and approval of SMF, VMP, BCP/Crysis Management Plan, Technology Transfer &
- Art work approval, Review &
- Approval of Batch Manufacturing and packaging Records, Competency Mapping and Training Management.

Maintain and update all documents in accordance with statutory/ regulatory requirement, ensure compliance to regulatory requirements on product, process and release procedures, Conduct and evaluate training for QA personnel,



Self inspection of facility and plant operation (Internal Audits), Evaluate quality of Finished Products, Review of Batch Production Records, In-process test results, Finished Product test results and release of products for distribution.

Handling of Software ERP, Ample logic, LIMS, SAP S4 HANA, Investigation, Review and approval of Product complaint, Vendor audits to ensure raw materials and packaging materials comply with specifications, Monitor electronic quality systems and audit trails, Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination, Quality Risk Management, Preparation, Review, approval, implementation and compliance of SOPs. Food Safety Management System including HACCP, VACCP & TACCP.

NOTE :-

Candidate must be :-

Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in total with min 3 years in corporate quality management

Qualification:

B. Tech. / M. Tech in Food Science & Technology,/ Masters in Pharma

Solid data analysis experience as well as sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP, Good knowledge of TPM, TQM, 5-S, KAIZEN, QC, QIT, SGA, SPC, SQC etc, Knowledge of Quality Control Charts, concepts and methodologies of QA, Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, Creating presentations based on the need.
