About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager to manage our partner companies. You will be the main point of contact for our corporate clients. You will coordinate their training sessions and workshops, keep the relationships robust, and make sure every partner gets real value from working with Sereniche.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and act as their single point of contact
- Schedule and coordinate trainings, talks, workshops,
and wellness sessions between client companies and our clinical team
- Hold regular check-ins with HR and L&D; teams to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Plan session calendars, logistics, and follow-ups so programs run smoothly
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts with additional programs or renewals
- Keep accurate records of accounts, sessions, and communication
- Coordinate with our doctors and internal team on session content and availability
- Share regular reports on account activity and client satisfaction
