We are hiring HR qualified to manage HR operations across two hospitals .
Position: Human Resources Executive
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to 25000 - 30000 per month
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview
Qualification: MBA HR / MMS HR / PGDM HR
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in healthcare or hospital HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee documentation and HR compliance
- Attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Manpower planning in coordination with department heads
- Coordination with recruitment agencies and vendors
- Maintaining HR MIS and employee records
- Managing HR operations for both hospitals
