Role Description The Corporate Gifting Executive/Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and growing corporate gifting business. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and understanding client requirements to propose suitable gifting solutions. The role involves coordinating customized orders, working closely with production and design teams on packaging and branding, and ensuring timely delivery and high service standards.

The individual will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms,



maintain accurate records of leads and orders, and track sales performance. The role also includes participating in corporate events or exhibitions, gathering market insights, and contributing ideas to improve corporate gifting offerings and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in corporate sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Experience in account management, including handling key corporate clients and repeat business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to interact confidently with corporate stakeholders.
- Organizational and planning skills, including order coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Prior experience in corporate gifting, hospitality, luxury goods, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client requests under tight timelines.
