Job Title: Investor Relations & Public Relations

Job Purpose:

Manage Investor Relations (70%) and Public Relations (30%), ensuring effective communication with investors, analysts, media, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quarterly investor presentations, earnings call speeches, FAQs, and financial updates.
- Coordinate analyst meetings, earnings calls, and stock exchange disclosures.
- Maintain analyst reports, recommendations, and related documentation.
- Manage Annual Report preparation and vendor coordination.
- Develop PR strategies, press releases, media communications, and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate with senior management, media agencies, and journalists.
- Monitor media coverage and competitor news and share updates with senior management.




- Ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand positioning.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / CA / CFA (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 2 -3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or a relevant agency.
- Experience handling financial services clients is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Mutual Funds / BFSI.
- Robust numerical, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and attention to detail.
