About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Copywriter to develop compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of language, an understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to create persuasive copy that connects with the target audience, communicates product benefits, and drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Creation

- Write engaging, persuasive, and original copy for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, product pages, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop compelling product descriptions, headlines, taglines, captions, and marketing messages aligned with the brand's tone and positioning.
- Create clear, benefit-driven content that communicates product features, USPs, and value propositions effectively.
- Adapt writing styles and messaging according to different platforms, target audiences, and campaign objectives.

Digital Marketing & Advertising Copy

- Develop creative copy for paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
- Write high-converting ad headlines, primary text, hooks, calls to action (CTAs), and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create and optimize copy based on campaign objectives and performance insights.
- Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

Brand Communication & Storytelling

- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging,



and communication across all marketing channels.
- Translate product features and technical information into simple, engaging, and customer-friendly messaging.
- Contribute to brand storytelling, campaign concepts, product launches, and seasonal promotional activities.
- Ensure all content reflects PROTOUCH’s premium beauty-tech positioning and brand identity.

Website & E-commerce Content

- Write and optimize website content, product listings, product descriptions, FAQs, and landing page copy.
- Highlight product benefits, key features, usage information, and differentiators to support customer purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with the design, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure effective content presentation across digital touchpoints.
- Support content optimization for SEO, readability, discoverability, and conversion wherever required.

Social Media & Campaign Content

- Develop creative captions, campaign messaging, promotional copy, and content ideas for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to develop engaging content aligned with the content calendar.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns by creating briefs, key messaging, product communication points, and campaign guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas for product launches, festive campaigns, brand promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Research, Editing & Quality Control

- Research industry trends, customer preferences, competitor communication, and market insights to develop relevant content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, consistency, and originality.
- Review copy to ensure alignment with brand guidelines,



campaign objectives, and applicable advertising standards.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining content quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English and grammar.
- Ability to write creative, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for different digital platforms.
- Understanding of brand voice, storytelling, marketing communication, and consumer psychology.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, social media content, website copy, and e-commerce product descriptions.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword integration, and content optimization.
- Ability to research products, understand their USPs, and translate technical features into customer-friendly benefits.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, originality, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio of relevant copywriting or content work is preferred.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, skincare, personal care, consumer brands, or startup environments is preferred.
