Job Title: Site Cook – Workers’ Mess

Location: Project Site

Reports To: Site Administrator / Site In-charge

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Cook to prepare and serve hygienic, nutritious, and timely meals for site workers. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily cooking activities for the workers’ mess and ensuring that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared according to the daily requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve three meals daily: breakfast, lunch, and dinner for site workers.
- Plan daily meals and prepare food in the required quantities based on the number of workers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking area, utensils, and dining area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, vegetables, groceries, and other food items.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before cooking.




- Minimize food wastage and use kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time according to the site schedule.
- Maintain basic records of food ingredients and kitchen supplies, as required.
- Inform the Site In-charge about grocery requirements and shortages of essential items.
- Follow food safety practices and maintain personal hygiene at all times.
- Coordinate with the site administration team regarding the daily meal requirements of workers.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a workers’ mess, construction site, industrial canteen

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
