About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven COO to lead business growth, sales strategy, and operational excellence across IT services, SaaS, and AI solutions. Working closely with the founders, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, scale teams, and streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead enterprise sales, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and key accounts.
- Build and manage high-performing sales and business teams.
- Establish sales targets, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Oversee business operations, delivery alignment, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.




- Collaborate with founders and functional leaders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in business leadership, sales, business development, or operations within IT / Technology.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, enterprise sales, and client acquisition.
- Experience managing teams, business operations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solid focus on ownership and execution.
