JOB REQUIREMENT – BULK COOKING CHEF

Company: Gupta Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Head Chef / Senior Chef – Bulk Cooking

Location: Sector-37, Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

- Experience: 08–10 years of experience in bulk cooking operations.
- Current Experience: Must be currently working in a bulk cooking section or large-scale food production kitchen.
- Indian Cuisine Expertise: Strong command over Indian cuisine, including preparation of bulk meals.
- Regional Cuisine: Knowledge of other regional cuisines will be an added advantage.
- Production Management: Ability to plan and supervise large-volume food production as per daily requirements.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and food presentation.
- Team Management: Ability to lead kitchen staff and manage daily production activities.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Inventory & Wastage Control: Manage raw materials efficiently and minimize food wastage.

Candidate Profile
- Extensive hands-on experience in bulk cooking and institutional catering.
- Strong leadership, planning, and kitchen management skills.
- Experience in a central kitchen, industrial canteen, catering unit, or large-scale food production facility preferred.
