Job Summary La Pizzeria Beach Stay is looking for an experienced and reliable Cook / Chef specializing in North Indian and Chinese cuisine to manage daily kitchen preparation and dish execution for our beachfront property.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality North Indian gravies, curries, tandoor/bread items, and classic Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies).
- Maintain strict standards of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
- Manage raw material stock, minimize wastage, and assist with daily kitchen prep (mise en place).
- Ensure prompt service and consistent taste during busy guest hours.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 3+ years of professional cooking experience in restaurants, hotels, or beach resorts.
- Specialization: Strong hands-on expertise in North Indian and Chinese cooking.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a resort environment.
