At SAGE IT, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Contracts & Legal Manager to manage our end-to-end contract lifecycle, strengthen business partnerships, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, procurement agreements, sales contracts, and service agreements.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business partners to negotiate favorable contractual terms.

Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, amendments, and expiration tracking.

Ensure contractual compliance and identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and business risks.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align contract terms accordingly.

Develop and improve contract management processes,



policies, and best practices.

Provide guidance on contractual and legal matters and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.

Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience managing MSAs, SOWs, and commercial contracts, preferably within an IT services or staffing organization.

Solid negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualification

A degree in Law is preferred.

Candidates with a Commerce degree or MBA and relevant contract management experience are also welcome to apply.
