We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel to analyze business data, develop interactive dashboards, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Write SQL queries to extract, validate, transform, and analyze data from databases.

Perform data cleaning, data validation, and data reconciliation using SQL and Excel.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Use Advanced Excel features, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas, for data analysis.

Identify business trends, patterns,



and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, reports, and analytical solutions.

Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and management to understand reporting needs.

Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports.

Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills Power BI

Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.

Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and relationships.

Experience with KPI tracking and dashboard optimization.

Tableau

Experience in creating dashboards, worksheets, and visualizations.

Knowledge of calculated fields, filters, parameters, and dashboard actions.

Ability to present complex data through explicit visualizations.

SQL

Proficiency in writing SELECT queries, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, and aggregate functions.

Knowledge of GROUP BY, HAVING, CASE statements, and window functions.

Ability to perform data extraction, analysis, and validation.
