- Onboard Contract / Toll / Custom Manufacturing Partners.

- Lead Technical, Commercial, Quality, EHS &

- Financial due Diligence.

- Drive Commercial Negotiations, Costing, Margins & long-term Manufacturing Agreements.

- Lead Technology Transfer, Scale-up &

- Commercialisation of New Products.

- Ensure Capacity Availability, Supply Continuity, On Time In Full Delivery &

- Cost Optimisation.

- Drive Partner Performance on Quality, Yield, Productivity, EHS &

- Compliance.

- Work Closely With R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, &

- Business Development Teams.

- Develop Strategic Partnerships, Alliances &

- Potential Joint Ventures With Manufacturing Partners.

- Support Global Customer Requirements, Audits &

- Technical Evaluations.

- Build Contract Manufacturing into a Scalable, Profitable &





- Asset-light Growth Platform.

Candidate Profile

1. A Chemical / Mechanical Engineer with about 10-15 years of experience in Specialty Chemicals / Fine Chemicals / Performance Chemicals / Chemical Intermediates.

2. Strong Experience in Contract Manufacturing / Toll Manufacturing / Custom Manufacturing / External Manufacturing.

3. Strong Techno-Commercial understanding of Chemical Manufacturing.

4. Proven Experience in Partner Identification, Qualification &
- Management.

- Strong Negotiation, Commercial &

- Stakeholder Management Skills.

- Experience in Technology Transfer, Scale-Up &

- New Product Commercialisation.

- Exposure to Global Customers / International Markets Preferred.

- Strong Understanding of Quality, EHS &

- Regulatory Requirements.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset with the Ability to Build &
