We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Writer & Social Media Executive who can create engaging content for social media posts, write video scripts, develop SEO-friendly blog articles, and coordinate with video editors to produce quality content.

The ideal candidate should have positive writing skills, creative thinking, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple brands and projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Creation

- Write engaging captions, post content, creative headlines, hooks, and content ideas for social media platforms.
- Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to different industries.
- Create monthly content calendars for social media posts, reels, and videos.
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone and messaging.

2. Video Script Writing & Coordination

- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling concepts, and clear calls to action.
- Provide video editors with scripts, references, creative ideas, and editing instructions.
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure the final videos match the content concept and brand requirements.
- Suggest improvements in video structure, pacing, text overlays, and audience engagement.

3. Blog Writing & SEO Content

- Write SEO-friendly blog articles, website content, and informative articles.
- Research topics and keywords before writing content.
- Structure content using proper headings, subheadings, and relevant keywords.
- Write original, reader-friendly content that follows SEO best practices.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar,



readability, accuracy, and clarity.

4. Research & Content Planning

- Research competitors, industry trends, audience interests, and trending content formats.
- Generate fresh content ideas for different brands and marketing campaigns.
- Understand the target audience and create content according to their needs.
- Manage multiple content assignments and deliver work within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media content creation, or a similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish.
- Strong skills in writing social media captions, video scripts, and blog articles.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and current social media trends.
- Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly to video editors and designers.
- Good research, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools for content research and productivity is an advantage.
