We work across Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM/PPC, Influencer Marketing and Digital Brand Strategy.

We are currently at an exciting growth stage and are building our internal creative team. This role will initially focus on strengthening Levibes' own digital presence , while gradually contributing to content requirements for our growing portfolio of clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Content & Creative Associate who can turn ideas into engaging digital content.

This is not a traditional content-writing role .

You'll be involved in developing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, memes, campaigns, brand communication and other digital formats.

You will work closely with the founder and creative/marketing team to brainstorm ideas, research trends, develop scripts and create content that makes people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Write Reel/video scripts , hooks, captions and social media copy.
- Develop interesting meme concepts and topical content relevant to brands and audiences.
- Research social media trends, formats, conversations and emerging content opportunities.




- Convert marketing concepts into easy, engaging and relatable content.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars for Levibes and its clients.
- Write campaign concepts, creative copy and promotional content.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.
- Conduct basic research before developing content.
- Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing, social media and popular culture.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors and marketing team members to execute content ideas.
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and communication.
- Support website, blog and other content requirements whenever required.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, curious and internet-aware .

You should

- Have 6 months–1 year of experience in content writing, social media, digital marketing or a related field.
- Have strong written communication skills in English.
- Understand the basics of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Be comfortable writing short-form content and video scripts.
- Have a good understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience engagement .
- Be able to research topics and turn information into easy-to-understand content.
- Have a strong sense of what's trending and culturally relevant online.
- Be comfortable experimenting with new content formats and ideas.
- Be willing to learn and take feedback.
- Be proactive rather than waiting for instructions for every piece of content.





Good to Have
- Experience creating Reel scripts or short-form video content .
- Experience with meme marketing or topical content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic creative tools.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or startup.
- Understanding of AI tools for content research and ideation.
- A portfolio of social media posts, scripts, campaigns or other writing work.
