Role Description As a Social Media Manager at Bright Realty, you will manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms. This full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves planning and executing social media campaigns, developing and publishing engaging content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. You will monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing and investment initiatives.

The role also includes analyzing performance metrics, preparing regular reports,



and recommending improvements to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and professional content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan editorial calendars and align social content with business objectives.
- Relevant experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), analytics tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media management, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad are important.
