Roles and Responsibilities

Create & perform:

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.

- Take part in video shoots and appear on camera for brand content.

Research & ideate

- Research trending topics, viral Reels, memes and creative content formats.

- Brainstorm original ideas around finance, business, careers and student life.

- Track social media trends and suggest creative ways to lift engagement.

Write

- Write engaging video scripts, hooks and captions.

- Shape each idea into a format that fits the platform and the audience.

Plan & produce

- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.

- Help with basic video editing in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

Candidate Profile:

- You are confident and comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera.

- You are interested in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.

- You understand social media trends and Gen Z content well.

- You have robust communication and storytelling skills.

- You are enthusiastic, creative and willing to learn.
