Brimbus is a creative branding and design agency that helps brands tell their story through strategy, design and content. We're growing our social media team and looking for someone who can own brand content from idea to shoot to published post.

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Content & Social Media Specialist to manage brand presence across all major social platforms. You'll plan and run shoots, create brand content, and handle strategy, posting and performance. You'll also be a visible face of the brands you work with, so confidence on camera and a polished presence matter as much as the technical skills. Candidates who already run their own engaged Instagram page or community will have a clear edge.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms as needed
- Build social media strategy and monthly content calendars for client and in-house brands
- Create brand content: concepts, scripts, captions, reels, stories and visual content
- Plan shoots from start to finish: concepts, shot lists, locations, props, schedules and team coordination
- Direct and take part in shoots, appearing on camera as the face of the brand when needed
- Adapt content to each platform's format, audience and tone
- Post and schedule content across all channels
- Manage Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and page settings
- Run and optimise paid campaigns as part of the wider digital marketing mix
- Track performance on each platform (reach, engagement, growth, traffic, conversions) and share regular reports




- Handle community management: comments, DMs and audience engagement
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes and trends

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- An active Instagram page of your own (personal brand, creator or community page) with genuine engagement
- A portfolio showing content you've created and shoots you've planned or executed
- Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Proven experience planning and executing shoots
- Comfortable and confident on camera, with strong communication skills and a professional, well-presented appearance
- Solid working knowledge of the Meta ecosystem (Business Suite, Ads Manager, Insights, Pixel basics)
- Understanding of how each platform works, including algorithms, content formats and analytics
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and Pinterest Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Good copywriting and a strong visual sense
- Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite)

Good to Have

- Experience in a branding or creative agency
- Influencer outreach or collaboration experience
- Basic SEO and Google Analytics knowledge
