About OneMatch

OneMatch is rethinking modern dating. Instead of endless swiping and overwhelming choices, we help people discover one carefully curated match at a time. With features like anonymous conversations, we aim to make dating more intentional, comfortable, and meaningful.

We're looking for a creative, internet-savvy Content Creator who understands dating culture, social media trends, and what makes people stop scrolling, relate, and share.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging content: Develop Instagram Reels, memes, carousels, and stories around dating, relationships, modern romance, and relatable everyday experiences.
- Write compelling scripts: Turn observations, dating experiences, and cultural trends into engaging hooks, stories, and short-form videos.
- Spot and leverage trends: Identify viral formats, trending topics, and conversations that can be creatively adapted for OneMatch.
- Own content creation end to end: Brainstorm ideas, write scripts, shoot and edit videos, create posts, and publish content.
- Experiment with formats: Explore street interviews, dating scenarios, POV videos, founder-led content, and other creative concepts.
- Build our brand voice: Make OneMatch a relatable voice in the dating conversation rather than just another dating app promoting itself.
- Measure and improve: Track content performance, understand audience behavior, and experiment to improve reach, shares, engagement, and website sign-ups.
- Support other channels: Contribute to email campaigns, blogs, and in-app messaging when needed.





What We're Looking For
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- A good understanding of Instagram, Reels, memes, and internet culture.
- The ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and create relatable, shareable content.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting & editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Edits or Premier Pro.
- An understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
- The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute ideas quickly.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi or regional language skills are a plus.
- An interest in dating, relationships, consumer apps, and human behavior.

Bonus points if you:

- Have grown a social media page or created content that performed exceptionally well.
- Are comfortable appearing on camera or conducting street interviews.
- Have experience with UGC, influencer marketing, or community building.
