Role Description The Content Creator role at CDP India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Content

Creator will develop and manage digital and print content that supports marketing, branding, and communication initiatives, including website pages, blogs, social media posts, and internal materials. Daily responsibilities include researching industry topics, creating clear and engaging content aligned with company objectives, optimizing content for readability and consistency, and collaborating with technical, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex solutions into accessible messaging.



The role also involves maintaining content calendars, updating existing content to reflect current offerings, and ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines and support customer-centric communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and engaging material for various digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain content aligned with business goals and brand standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information in a user-friendly manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to understand IT and system integration concepts and convert them into concise, audience-focused content; experience in the technology or IT services sector is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools (e.g., CMS platforms, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is beneficial.
