Role Description The Content Creator Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in ideating and creating engaging digital content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting posts and articles, creating basic visual or multimedia content with guidance, optimizing content for SEO, and supporting the team with campaign-related assets.

The role also involves conducting online research on industry trends, participating in brainstorming sessions,



and coordinating with designers and marketers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The intern will receive mentorship from the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in agency workflows.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content for digital channels (social posts, short articles, basic copywriting).
- Interest or basic skills in visual or multimedia content creation (graphics, short videos, or presentations) using common tools.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn fundamentals of digital marketing, including social media best practices and basic SEO concepts.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced on-site team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
