Drive operational excellence through billing accuracy, analytical problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Finance – Billing Operations function, supporting critical insurance billing processes, transaction integrity, and system-driven operational improvements.

? Key Responsibilities & Expertise

✔ Billing Operations: Manage premium transactions, billing adjustments, system error corrections, data patches, RPA transactions, and BOR transactions.

✔ Reconciliation & Controls: Monitor processing queues, investigate discrepancies, validate data integrity, and ensure accurate and timely transaction completion.

✔ Issue Resolution: Analyse complex billing exceptions, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

✔ Reporting & Analytics: Generate operational reports, track production volumes, monitor exceptions, and provide timely performance updates.

✔ Process & Technology: Participate in regression testing,



system upgrades, special projects, and workflow documentation to strengthen operational efficiency.

✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to maintain service continuity and meet established service standards.

- Designation: Consultant | Band 5
- Function: Finance – Billing Operations

- Experience: 5–7 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Preferred Background: Insurance industry experience with basic accounting knowledge
