Deloitte is hiring Consultants/Senior Consultants in Organizational Transformation.

Location: Mumbai | Gurgaon | Bangalore.

Experience: 1-6 Years.

Preferred Background: Candidates from consulting firms.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong prioritization and execution skills, consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Explicit, concise communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and structured research and analysis.
- Solid understanding of HR transformation, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging HR trends.
- Experienced in developing functional requirements and applying structured design thinking approaches.

Qualification:

- Bachelors, Postgraduate Diploma, or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 58 years of relevant experience in consulting (preferably with leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
