We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant – Modern Workplace to deliver Microsoft 365 solutions that improve productivity, security, device management, and the overall employee experience.

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will work closely with customers and technical teams to implement, migrate, configure, and support Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. You will contribute to successful project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting escalations, and continuously developing your Microsoft expertise.

Key responsibilities:

- Delivering Microsoft 365 and Up-to-date Workplace projects, including migrations, configuration, implementation, and ongoing technical support.
- Designing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions across device enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint security.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and acting as an escalation point for junior support engineers.
- Working directly with customers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.




- Maintaining project documentation, sharing technical knowledge, and continuously developing expertise through Microsoft certifications and learning.

Job Requirements

- Strong experience implementing, administering, or supporting Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM, device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Windows Autopilot.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of endpoint and identity security, including Conditional Access, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and security baselines.
- Experience with Windows Server and supporting Microsoft cloud or hybrid environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
