Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all construction activities to ensure timely project completion.

- Manage project budgets, cost estimates, billing, and expenditure.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Supervise site execution to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Prepare project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.

- Manage procurement, material planning, and contractor coordination.

- Monitor labour productivity, resource allocation, and site performance.

- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

- Identify project risks and resolve technical and execution-related issues.

- Review contractor bills, variations,



and additional works.

- Ensure proper documentation, snagging, handover, and project closeout.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.

- Experience in project planning, budgeting, contract management, and quality control.

- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Client satisfaction and successful project handover.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
