Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects, from site mobilization to project handover.

- Oversee construction of industrial plants, factories, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, PEB structures, utility buildings and associated civil works.

- Manage civil, structural and industrial infrastructure works, including foundations, RCC structures, machine foundations, industrial flooring, roads, drainage and boundary walls.

- Develop construction strategies, project schedules, manpower plans, equipment requirements and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, milestones and contractual requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural designers, PMC teams, contractors and vendors.

- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, method statements and construction plans.

- Ensure quality assurance, inspection procedures,



testing and compliance with applicable standards.

- Implement health, safety and environmental policies and ensure protected working practices at all project sites.

- Manage subcontractors, labour, material procurement, equipment utilization and site logistics.

- Monitor project costs, contractor bills, variations, claims and budget deviations.

- Identify construction risks, resolve technical and execution issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings and performance evaluations.

- Ensure proper documentation, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, billing records and project handover documentation.

- Lead construction managers, project managers, site engineers and other site personnel.
