CK Construction Management LLP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support construction projects based in the United States.

The selected candidate will coordinate with US-based project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure effective project planning, documentation, scheduling, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist US-based Project Managers in managing commercial and public-sector construction projects.
- Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
- Assist with construction scheduling, progress tracking, and project reporting.
- Review subcontractor quotations, material quantities, and project cost estimates.
- Maintain project logs, procurement schedules,



and document control systems.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management.
- Participate in virtual meetings with US clients and project teams.
- Support project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 16 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience supporting US construction projects is a must.
- Knowledge of US commercial construction practices.
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction schedules.
- Experience with US general contractors or construction management firms.
