Role Summary The Concierge/ Engagement Manager owns the client experience across the full lifecycle, from first consultation through ongoing programme participation. This role is responsible for ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and consistently engaged with their health journey, while working closely with clinical, diagnostic, and concierge teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Journey Coordination ● Guide new clients through onboarding, including diagnostic scheduling, consent documentation, and orientation to their selected programme ● Coordinate appointments across diagnostics, clinical consultations, and therapeutic sessions to ensure a smooth, well-sequenced experience ● Work with clinical teams to translate diagnostic outcomes and protocol recommendations into transparent,



client-friendly communication Client Relationship Management ● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their engagement with ARYSE Health ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across all offerings ● Proactively check in with clients to track progress, address concerns, and reinforce adherence to their personalised protocols Cross-Functional Coordination ● Liaise between clients and clinical, diagnostic, and operations manager to resolve scheduling conflicts, follow-ups, or service issues ● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and engagement history in the clinic's CRM/EMR systems ● Flag recurring operational or clinical friction points to leadership for process

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday, with one weekly off
- Work Mode: Work from office only
- Other specifications: 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales & account management, or healthcare/hospitality operations.Must have prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or Membership-based service models.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
