Role Description The Conference Producer is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering high-quality conference programs for Maxpo’s industry-focused events. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area involves conducting market research, identifying relevant themes and topics, and designing agendas that align with audience and sponsor needs.

The Conference

Producer will source and secure speakers, manage speaker communications, and coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive event execution. Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing relationships with industry stakeholders, creating content that supports conference promotion,



tracking timelines and deliverables, and adapting programs based on feedback and market trends. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in conference production and program development, including agenda design and content curation.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research and industry analysis to identify trends, topics, and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with speakers, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in speaker acquisition and stakeholder relationship management for recruiting and retaining high-caliber speakers.
- Candidates should possess event management skills to coordinate logistics, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration for successful conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, event management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in B2B conferences, exhibitions, or industry events is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Comfort working with international stakeholders and willingness to adapt to different industries and markets.
