Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator cum Billing Executive to handle daily billing operations, computer data entry, invoice generation, and record maintenance. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, positive typing skills, and the ability to manage billing and documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate customer invoices, bills, and quotations.
- Handle daily billing operations using billing software or ERP systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage sales and purchase entries, as required.
- Verify invoices, quantities, rates, and tax details.
- Maintain daily billing reports and documentation.
- Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, and basic computer operations.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and operations teams.




- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Knowledge of billing software; Tally or ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST invoices and billing procedures.
- Positive communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduate preferred.
- Basic computer course or relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience in billing, data entry, or computer operations will be an advantage.

Salary As per experience and company standards.

Working Hours

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
