Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Compliance Associate to help ensure that our influencer marketing campaigns, documentation, and processes meet the regulatory and compliance standards expected by our clients and partners.

This is a detail-heavy role for someone who enjoys working with data, documentation, and processes, but can also collaborate closely with teams to solve problems and keep things moving. You will work alongside our Influencer Marketing Team and the consulting firms associated with our clients to facilitate audits, compliance checks, and campaign-level requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Compliance & Documentation

- Review compliance-related documents, budgets, data points, and campaign information for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
- Maintain organised records of compliance materials, processes, checks, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure campaign documentation is aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and ASCI guidelines.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or potential compliance issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

Support Audits & Compliance Checks

- Work closely with consulting firms associated with our clients to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the required information and documentation within timelines.
- Track compliance requirements and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely closure.
- Help establish and maintain processes that make compliance checks more structured and productive.

Partner with the Influencer Marketing Team





- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Team to understand ongoing campaigns and align compliance requirements with execution.
- Provide guidance on compliance-related requirements and flag potential issues early.
- Help teams navigate documentation and compliance requirements without slowing down campaign execution.

Analyse & Report

- Review campaign and compliance data to identify discrepancies, trends, or areas requiring attention.
- Prepare clear and accurate compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Present findings and explain compliance-related observations when required.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

- 2–4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory requirements, audit and legal operations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and ASCI standards.
- Experience working with a media, advertising, influencer marketing, or related organisation is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and investigate issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and follow through on tasks without constant supervision.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
- Familiarity with the Influencer Marketing landscape is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- A degree in Law or Business Administration is essential.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of documentation, data, and compliance processes.

Salary : INR 30,000 – 40,000/month, varies based on experience and other factors.
