: Compensation Specialist (EU/LAC)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to support compensation operations for the Europe and Latin America (EU/LAC) regions. The role involves salary calculations, annual merit and incentive cycles, off-cycle salary adjustments, compensation surveys, and maintaining accurate compensation data in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage compensation calculations and salary adjustments.
- Support annual merit reviews, bonus and incentive cycles.
- Process off-cycle compensation actions in line with approval guidelines.
- Maintain accurate compensation data across HR systems.
- Coordinate compensation survey submissions and ensure data quality.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, HRBPs and managers to resolve compensation queries.




- Ensure compliance with compensation policies, approvals and confidentiality requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve process accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B;), Compensation Operations or Total Rewards.
- Knowledge of merit cycles, incentive administration and salary revisions.
- Experience with HRIS/compensation systems and MS Excel.
- Robust data analysis, validation and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of compensation governance, approval controls and confidentiality.
- Experience working with HR, Payroll or global shared-services teams.

Note: This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports. Candidates must be comfortable working the UK shift.
