. Key Responsibilities

· Conduct community outreach and awareness activities to promote the organization’s programs.

· Identify eligible candidates in the community and motivate parents to enroll them in the program.

· Build rapport with parents, community leaders, and local stakeholders to encourage participation.

· Conduct home visits and community meetings to explain the importance of our programs.

· Maintain records of enrolled candidates and outreach activities.

· Coordinate with program staff to ensure regular attendance and follow-up with families.

· Assist in organizing community events, awareness drives, and parent meetings.

· Support the organization in tracking enrollment, attendance, and retention of candidates in the program.

· Identify barriers to enrollment and work with the team to address challenges faced by families.

3. Experience





· Experience in enrolling young candidates in skill training programs will be preferred.

· Experience working with NGOs or community-based programs will be an advantage.

4. Skills Required

· Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to interact effectively with community members and parents.

· Understanding of community dynamics and society issues.

· Ability to conduct door-to-door visits and awareness activities.

· Basic record keeping and reporting skills.

· Ability to work in field-based community settings.

5. Other Requirements

· Women candidates preferred.

· Residents of West Delhi preferred for ease of community engagement.

· Willingness to travel locally within the community.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
