Role Description As a Community Manager, you will oversee resident and tenant engagement across Shivalik Group’s properties in Ahmedabad in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will manage day-to-day communication with community members, respond to inquiries and feedback, and organize events and initiatives that strengthen engagement and satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining active communication channels (such as in-person meetings, email, and social platforms), and collecting insights to improve community experience.

You will monitor service quality at properties,



support issue resolution with relevant departments, and ensure that community guidelines and standards are clearly communicated and upheld.

The Community

Manager will also prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and recommend improvements that align with Shivalik Group’s brand and values.

Qualifications

- Community engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term stakeholder connections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Experience organizing events, activities, or campaigns that enhance resident or customer experience.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and social platforms for updates, announcements, and community communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and remain responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service-focused roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
