About the Role

GTT Foundation is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Mobilizer to support skill development and employability training programs through community outreach and student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize and enroll eligible candidates for training programs.
- Conduct field visits and connect with colleges, NGOs, and local communities.
- Build networks with community leaders and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Maintain student documentation, MIS reports, and data in TJM software.
- Collect candidate testimonials and coordinate with the program team.

Requirements

- Qualification in Social Work (BSW/MSW)



or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mobilization, outreach, or field operations.
- Solid communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to undertake field visits.
