Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for generating revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building with recent and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospects, presenting products and pricing, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company policies.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, as well as following up consistently to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

The Commission Sales

Associate collaborates with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment, address customer concerns,



and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. Performance in this role is directly linked to commission-based earnings, requiring a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in direct sales, client outreach, and closing deals in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse customers.
- Basic business and market understanding, including pricing, margins, and local trading practices.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat, with flexibility to meet customers at their premises as needed.
- Proficiency with phones, email, and basic computer tools for maintaining sales records and reports.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Surat and Gujarat is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in trading, wholesale, or retail sales is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
