Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commi III – Continental to join our kitchen team in Bandra, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Continental cuisine, kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards.

Candidates who are comfortable commuting to Bandra and working at this location only should apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes as per menu standards.
- Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen staff.




- Minimize food wastage and follow portion-control guidelines.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience, including internship experience.
- Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.
- Must be comfortable working at the Bandra, Mumbai location.

Compensation & Incentives
- Performance-based incentives may be introduced after the first 3 months, subject to performance evaluation and company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
