Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Commercial Property Consultant to manage commercial property requirements and build strong relationships with clients and property owners. The candidate will understand client needs, identify suitable properties, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and support the successful onboarding of properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to understand their commercial property requirements.
- Gather and maintain property requirements from buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups, and real estate builders.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client budgets, locations, and business needs.
- Communicate with property owners, builders, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and property owners to understand availability and progress.
- Coordinate property visits, share property details, and facilitate communication between clients and owners.




- Support property onboarding by collecting essential property information, photographs, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Maintain accurate records of client requirements, property details, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth coordination and successful property onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships to support business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree is acceptable.
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, business development, or client coordination is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for client meetings and property visits.
- Knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
- Fresh approaches to client handling, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are valued.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹60,000, depending on experience, relevant skills, and interview performance.
