: Commercial Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry: O&M; (Operations & Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct commercial audits across various sites.

 Prepare site-wise budgets and monitor actual costs against budgets.

 Negotiate with vendors for materials, services, and maintenance requirements.

 Handle contract negotiations, commercial terms, and rate finalization.

 Prepare budgetary offers and cost estimates for current contracts.

 Manage commercial and purchase activities, ensuring cost optimization.

 Coordinate with site teams to monitor expenses and control costs.

Requirements:

 5+ years of experience in Commercial / Purchase in the O&M; industry.

 Knowledge of material handling systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements.

 Strong skills in budgeting, cost monitoring, vendor negotiations, and contract management.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and commercial reporting.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in industrial O&M; and material handling operations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
