Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support day-to-day commercial property activities, coordinate with clients, gather property requirements, and assist in identifying suitable properties. The candidate will work with clients and property owners to collect information and support the property onboarding process.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their commercial property requirements.
- Gather requirements from buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups, and real estate builders.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs, budget, and preferred location.
- Contact property owners to collect property details, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in collecting property photographs and other information required for onboarding.




- Share relevant property details with clients and the concerned internal teams.
- Coordinate property visits and meetings when required.
- Follow up with clients and property owners regarding pending requirements.
- Maintain records of property information, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Support the team in daily commercial operations and property onboarding activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree is acceptable.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or client coordination is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and manage follow-ups.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for property-related activities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary and Advantages
- Fixed monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹40,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
