Role Description This is a full-time, on-site College Intern role based in Bengaluru North. The intern will support research and innovation projects by gathering and organizing information, conducting literature and web-based reviews, and assisting in basic feasibility and capability assessments. Day-to-day work may include preparing summaries and reports, updating project documentation, and helping coordinate communication between internal team members and external experts.

The intern will also assist in creating simple presentations or visuals, maintaining structured records of data and findings,



and contributing to planning and tracking tasks under guidance from senior staff. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in research support, project coordination, and exposure to multidisciplinary technology and innovation environments.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in engineering, science, technology, or a related discipline, with strong academic performance.
- Ability to conduct basic research: information gathering, literature review, data organization, and clear documentation of findings.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using spreadsheets, basic data tools, and structured templates.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing concise notes, reports, and straightforward presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in following processes, and ability to work proactively under supervision.
- Interest in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, robotics, biotech, energy, or healthcare) and a willingness to learn across domains.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North during standard office hours; prior internship or project experience is an advantage but not required.
