Role Description The Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relationships. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves managing collections executives, setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to reduce delinquencies and bad debt.

The role includes reviewing aging reports, prioritizing accounts, coordinating with internal departments such as finance and sales, and resolving escalation cases.

The Collections

Manager will establish and refine collection policies, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with relevant regulations,



and use data and analytics to improve collection efficiency. The role also includes preparing regular reports for leadership, identifying risk trends, and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Strong background in collections or credit control, including experience managing teams and handling high-volume portfolios.
- Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, or collections management systems, as well as basic data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards).
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Solid understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processes, along with awareness of relevant financial and regulatory practices.
- Demonstrated ability to set targets, track performance, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications in credit or collections are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis.
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role and familiarity with the local market and regulatory context are preferred.
