- Décor Advisory Be the face of Asian Paints at a Colourideas (CI) store - deliver expert, personalized colour consultations as per customer preference. Recommend colour schemes, finishes, textures, wallpapers and décor styles using colour theory and lighting principles. Create personalized mood boards and shade combinations for different rooms and styles. Sales &
- Conversion Engage customers proactively, handle walk-ins with professionalism and warmth. Promote & drive sale premium & luxury products categories & achieve monthly targets. Cross-sell and upsell; convert eligible consultations for painting service (BHPS) and allied services. Technology &
- Tools Operate digital tools: Colour Visualizer, shade tools, AR/VR experiences in store.



Demonstrate product looks and combinations using visualization software. Lead Management &
- Store Journey Follow up on digital/store leads, integrate online-to-offline journeys and ensure timely calling. Cold callings customers to generate leads for business. Maintain accurate records of consultations and daily reporting formats, coordinate with Customer Associates and contractors. Maintaining store ambience & ensuring proper display of products as per guidelines

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
