- Conduct regular field visits to customers with overdue accounts.
- Educate customers on repayment obligations and resolve queries.
- Negotiate repayment plans and assist in restructuring when necessary.
- Collect payments and issue receipts as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.
- Identify potential default risks and escalate cases to management.
- Coordinate with branch staff and legal team for recovery actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards during collections.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
