Role & responsibilities

- Portfolio Monitoring & Tracking:
- Track customer payment buckets using Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Debtor Communication & Fieldwork:
- Contact delinquent borrowers via phone, email, written notices, or direct field visits to remind them of pending Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs).
- Negotiation & Resolution:
- Negotiate viable repayment plans, structured installments, or settlement offers.
- Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of all debtor interactions, payment commitments, and cash/cheque collections.
