Role Overview The candidate will support US-focused business development and alliance-led growth by engaging prospective customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales and partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based prospects and target accounts.

- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, including business leaders, IT leaders, and technology stakeholders.

- Introduce SightSpectrums Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI services to prospective customers.

- Qualify leads based on business needs, interest, and potential opportunities.

- Work with the sales and alliances team to support account-based outreach and pipeline generation.

- Achieve agreed targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, and follow-ups.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1.6–2+ years of experience in US calling, cold calling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation.

- Excellent spoken English and qualified telephone etiquette.

- Confidence in engaging US-based prospects and handling objections.

- Experience with outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms is preferred.

- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, cloud, data, or technology sales will be an advantage.

- Comfortable working the 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight IST shift.
