About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Co-Founder with expertise in Operations Management, Business Scaling, and Strategic Execution , who is willing to invest in the business and actively contribute to its next phase of growth.

Our business has already generated ₹5 Cr+ in historical revenue , demonstrating our experience in building and operating a revenue-generating business. We are now looking for the right partner to strengthen operations, expand our market presence, build high-performing teams, and scale the business to its next level.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies.
- Build and manage teams, processes, and operational systems.
- Drive strategic partnerships, business development, and revenue growth.
- Improve operational efficiency, profitability, and organizational performance.
- Invest in the venture and actively participate in strategic decision-making.
